AMS is the corporate holding company of five small business Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s) supporting a variety of customers across several distinct core competencies. As a consolidated management services company, AMS provides key corporate-level support functions in direct support of our LLC’s and their Customers to bring exceptional value by reducing duplicative support functions at each LLC. This proven and efficient business model continues to reduce LLC overhead costs while ultimately reducing costs to our customers. Our primary customer base focuses on Federal Agencies such as Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, General Services Administration, etc., but also continues to expand into other markets as our expertise presents itself very well.
